Each day, we work toward improving learning in our students by using techniques and strategies that require them to actively engage in the reasoning process.  We utilize test data to differentiate instruction and establish flexible groups.  We modify instruction for students in need of remediation to ensure that success is attainable.  In the same regard, we provide enrichment activities for students who need more of a challenge.  We encourage the students to express themselves and expand their thinking.
