One Academic Fair

The One Academic Fair is one of a number of learning experiences that help young people meet the challenges of the future. The One Academic Fair provides a stage from which the junior high and high school students of Atlanta Public Schools can demonstrate their serious contributions to the advancement of society and our way of life.

By participating in the Fair, students learn how to isolate important problems and how to attack and solve problems all within the framework of organized, logical thought and study. The path to the One Academic Fair begins at the school level science fair where students have opportunity to exhibit their research projects. If a project showed merit in the local school fair, it may be entered in the APS District Fair.
