As you reach the milestone of graduation, we would like to commend you on your hard work.  Seniors, we would like to highlight your scholarship accomplishments in your 2013 graduation program.  We are asking that all graduating seniors complete and submit the Class of 2013 Senior Data Sheet along with copies of your scholarship awards/acceptance letters to your counselor by Friday, May 3.  Each graduating senior must submit a form. If you choose not to have your scholarship information published in this year’s graduation program, please indicate this on your form.
 
Additionally, if you will be attending college in the fall of 2013, you must request to have your final transcript submitted to the college/university you plan to attend. Final transcript request forms are due to your counselor by Friday, May 3.
 
The Class of 2013 Senior Data Forms and  Final Transcript Request Forms are located in the counselors office, CCC, & on the Grady High School website.
