My educational philosophy is to prepare students to be successful workers and productive citizens by providing them with a world class education; instilling high expectation and a solid foundation of knowledge to help each student become successful, responsible, productive, competent, and confident members of society.   Educators must be prepared to continually adapt to meet the needs of the ever changing population of children flowing through our schools and school districts, so those children can in turn maximize their full potential as adult citizens in a productive global community. Learning is an active as well as an interactive process. Children learn by doing, but they also learn by watching and modeling those around them.  With this in mind, teachers, specialists, paraprofessionals, administrators, parents and all involved in the school need to be committed to life-long learning for their own professional and personal development.  A school should truly be a learning community for ALL! 

The future of education lies in a partnership between the community, parents, students and educators.  I believe it is my responsibility to prepare lifelong learners, who will become literate, self disciplined, independent, creative, and confident individuals.  Education should build the foundation for integrity and positive attitudes while empowering students to achieve academic success. I look at each student as an individual eager to gain knowledge and be successful.  Every child has a talent and I hold the responsibility of creating an atmosphere for them to flourish.

I believe that my instructional abilities, combined with my strong interpersonal skills and work ethics would greatly benefit any educational programs.  I believe that education is the key to success for young children.  As a professional educator, I wish to motivate students and teachers in ascertaining their inner strengths, abilities and discovering what truly inspires them. I aim to provide a stimulating learning environment that encourage while fostering confidence in order for students and teachers to realize their potentials. My hope is to instill a love of learning and desire for constant knowledge with rigorous instructional methods and strategies.  For the aforementioned reasons, my personal experiences as a professional educator will fill the educational area with a sincere commitment, drive and energy!
